1 - WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO RENT ONE OF OUR VEHICLES?To rent one of our vehicles the following requirements are needed: - Valid driving licence - Credit card – Visa, American Express or Mastercard for the rental payment and the guarantee. (We do not accept electron, bancoposta, postepay, maestro, debit or pre-paid cards)

2 - WHO CAN DRIVE OUR VEHICLES?The driver, or drivers (up to 2) of our vehicles must have the following requirements: Over 21 years of age; Valid and clear driving licence (no copies) Type B issued for at least 12 months.

3 - WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?In case of accident with another car, the client must fill in all parts the CID form and present it to our office as soon as possible. If the incident takes place against objects or things the client must, in any case, notify our office of the exact details (time, place etc.) of the incident.

4 - WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN?In case of breakdown, the client must immediately notify our office and tell them where it happened and if possible the type of breakdown. The personnel at our office will give you all the instructions necessary to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

5 - WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF THEFT OF THE VEHICLE?In case of theft of the vehicle, the client must immediately report it to the police at the nearest police office and notify our office. Subsequently, you must call in to our office and leave the keys together with a copy of the police statement.

6 - WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF FINES?In case of fines, Antony's Cars reserves the right to debit the fine to the client card.

7 - HOW IS THE VEHICLE DELIVERED?The car rental delivers the car indicated in the contract to the client, in a good and clean condition. The vehicle, if not stated otherwise in the contract, will have a full tank of petrol and be equipped with all the usual apparatus (triangle, spare wheel etc.) plus the green card and all the necessary documents.

8 - HOW DO WE RETURN THE VEHICLE?When signing the contract ,the client must state the return date, any variation from this must be communicated in advance to our Agency at the start of the rental. A rental day is considered as 24 hours: with a leeway of 60 minutes.

9 - WHAT DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE?Our prices include: The rental days; Unlimited mileage; Insurance; Assistance in case of breakdown; Maintenance of our vehicle; 22% IVA.

10 - WHAT DO YOUR PRICES NOT INCLUDE?Our prices don’t include: Petrol Fines Toll fees Parking fees

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
